Man pleads guilty to charges of planting a hoax bomb and sending white powder letters
After appearing at Southwark Crown Court today, a 45-year-old Portsmouth man pleaded guilty to 19 offences, which related to sending a number of letters, some containing a harmless white powder and others having racist content and also to planting a hoax bomb in a public place.
